Holds an MBA in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ghana. Her expertise includes retail operations with Société Générale Ghana, a subsidiary of Société Générale Group, where she demonstrated involvement in the management of account dormancy and regulatory compliance with the directives of Bank of Ghana. Her experience extends to the academic field; she worked as a research assistant with the University of Ghana Business school. During this time, she engaged in a research project conducted for the University of Ghana Guest Centre and assisted in the publication of journals and articles. Jannat’s drive for excellence and a continuous professional development positions her to enhance operational effectiveness in a competitive landscape.

With her experience in regulatory compliance, as a corporate and international affairs manager, she leverages her expertise in shaping our international strategy to guarantee seamless integration into diverse markets.
