Emmanuel Nii Lamptey

Emmanuel Nii Lamptey, MBA(Finance), BSc. Administration (Accounting). Seasoned finance and audit professional and Group Assistant Audit Manager at Ghana Reinsurance PLC. He earned his BSc. Administration from Central University and an MBA, Finance from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) a leading public university in Ghana’s business sector. As a proud member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana, Emmanuel has undertaken audit and finance assignments across Ghana, Kenya and Cameroon.

Emmanuel has over 18 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, specializing in internal auditing. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in evaluating and strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing risk management frameworks. His deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise have consistently supported organizational integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making within the reinsurance sector. A quality control assurance associate at Beta & Associates Chartered Accountants, he strengthens Ghana’s consulting and audit landscape with exceptional insights. His extensive training spans local and international courses in auditing, accounting, reinsurance, taxation and risk management.

Emmanuel’s impact extends into leadership and civic engagement. He serves on the National Board of Directors of Ghana Youth for Christ, chairing its Finance Committee, and actively contributes to the Accra Wesley Cathedral of The Methodist Church Ghana, where he is a past Society Steward.

Family-centric and community-minded, Emmanuel is married to Elizabeth, and together they have three sons. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling on expeditions, reading, and playing or watching football.
