As a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, with over eight years of comprehensive experience, managing diverse teams and overseeing multifaceted operations. Alcide has enriched experience in risk control and cover acquired over the years at NSIA CI IARD, LA LOYALE, and as a Technical & Reinsurance Director. His academic credentials include a Harvard Business School qualification and a Master’s degree from INP-HB. He is also an alumnus of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) and ITCILO (International education centre of the ILO): Insurance for development certified in risk management, the Institutes, USA: Associate in Risk Management and Université Laval, Canada.

As a board member, Alcide adds value through his technical and analytical expertise in underwriting across diverse lines (reinsurance management, accounting, claims) to drive and optimize strategic risk mitigation and business growth across international markets.
